Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Poli Restaurant & Bar in Dubai. The Head Chef will be responsible for pre opening period, menu development, recipe creation, negotiating with suppliers, costing and overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate the kitchen team
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Creativity and ability to innovate in menu development
