Develop, monitor, and refine (as required( the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Provide leadership and direction to managers of different departments and initiatives on all matters pertaining to HSE.
Interface with internal stakeholders (HSE managers, HSE consultants, etc.) and ensuring the HSE agenda is cascaded down all functions of the organization.
Collaborate within and outside the company to develop and implement action plans to improve the HSE performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science.
NEBOSH Diploma in OSH or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in HSE position; experience in Real Estate and/or Oil & Gas
Knowledge of relevant Real Estate HSSE industry regulations, Major Accidental Hazard Management (MAH), and environmental assessments.
Familiar with QCS, local, and international HSE standards and established international codes and practices.
