Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and experienced AI Engineering Lead to join Wittify.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and implementation of AI integrations within our platform. As the AI Lead, you will lead a team of talented engineers and researchers to create state-of-the-art tools that leverage AI models from leading providers, making these powerful technologies accessible and easy to use for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals.
- Oversee the integration of AI models from providers such as Meta, Google, OpenAI, HuggingFace, and IBM into our platform.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems.
- Stay current with the latest AI trends, technologies, and research.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an AI or machine learning team.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integrating third-party AI models and APIs.
- Knowledge of vector databases and graph databases, specifically Neo4j.
- Familiarity with LangChain technology and its applications.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of successful AI project deployments.
