Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
  • report to the Managing Director as an executive-level position responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through marketing, sales, product development, and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.
  • Develop tailored proposals, grant letters, and invoices for partners and funders.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
  • Designing and implementing new sales and customer acquisition strategies.
  • effectively communicates the value proposition and ROI of Business Wire products and services.
  • Negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers; managing and reviewing contracts; and making recommendations regarding commercial.
  • Meets or exceeds sales quotas and performance objectives.
  • Analyze and elevate team performance by coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising the results of each New Business Development team member.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Successfully executes client contracts from negotiation to close in adherence to related company policies and procedures.
