Head of Business Transformation

Mark Williams is recruiting for a Head of Business Transformation for a retail holding group based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.

- Design and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards transformation goals.

- Identify and leverage emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to embrace change and innovation.

- Ensure effective communication and alignment of transformation initiatives across all levels of the organization.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver transformation projects on time and within scope.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 15+ years of proven experience in leading business transformation initiatives

- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive transformation plans.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
