Capital Manager Opportunity at Lendo
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Capital Manager to join our team at Lendo. As a Capital Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing funds from various sources to support our mission of digitally financing businesses in Saudi Arabia.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet the company's financial needs and growth targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private credit funds, government development funds, and banks.
Create compelling investment proposals and presentations to pitch to potential investors.
Lead negotiations and finalize terms of investment agreements.
Manage the due diligence process with potential investors, ensuring all necessary information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with internal teams including finance, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on the portfolio's performance and financial health.
Stay informed about market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes that may impact fundraising efforts.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and attract potential investors.
Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
Proven track record of successfully raising funds from high-net-worth individuals, family funds, institutional investors, and banks.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
Previous experience in the fintech industry or working with SME financing platforms is a plus.
