Job Title: Head of Commercial
Job Summary:
As the Head of Commercial, you will lead our sales, client onboarding, and marketing
departments. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth through innovative sales
strategies and effective marketing campaigns. You will also ensure a smooth onboarding
process for new clients, enhancing their initial experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve subscription
targets and expand our customer base. Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to drive
exceptional results.
Client Onboarding: Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure it is efficient,
user-friendly, and tailored to meet client needs. Work closely with the product and
customer support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service.
Marketing Strategy: Direct and enhance the marketing strategy to increase brand
visibility and market penetration. Coordinate with the marketing team to create
targeted campaigns that align with overall business goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for
growth. Adjust strategies in real-time to maintain competitive advantage and meet
changing market and customer demands.
Partnership Development: Identify and develop partnership opportunities with other
healthcare providers and technology firms to enhance product offerings and reach
new markets.
Performance Metrics: Define key performance metrics for sales, onboarding, and
marketing. Monitor these metrics to evaluate team performance and the
effectiveness of strategies implemented.
Budget Management: Manage budgets for the commercial department, ensuring
optimal allocation of resources across sales and marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with other department heads
and executive management to ensure alignment with the company s objectives and
vision. Innovation and Adaptation: Stay updated with industry trends and technological
advancements to keep the company at the forefront of the healthcare SaaS market.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the healthcare or SaaS industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in commercial roles with increasing responsibility, particularly in
