Responsibilites
Drive the design of the overall Commercial division s strategy in coordination with Commercial department heads and other stakeholders to ensure that it aligns with the company s objectives and fulfill its annual budget goals.
Develop and monitor the Commercial division s business plan including Sales, Marketing, Leasing & Collection.
Oversee Commercial division s budgeting cycle and lead the budgeting process
Direct the development and oversee the implementation of Commercial division policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls so that all relevant procedural/regulatory requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
Preparation of sales plans, marketing, profit, and loss estimations, and budgets, using market demand, corporate goals, and historical figures to achieve this.
Building a high performing sales team to execute end to end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals, and implementation
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders

Reviewing data and reports to understand the best way to help the company meet its objectives.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience
Experience in sales leadership marketing, history of growing sales, margin and market share.
Good decision-maker
Result oriented/driven.
Ability to handle complex projects and pricing strategies.
