- Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy that promotes a positive public image and increases awareness of the organization's offerings through various media channels
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and opinion leaders to gain maximum exposure and coverage and efficiently draft and distribute press releases, statements, and other media materials
- Create a crisis communication plan that enables timely and effective responses to potential crisis situations
- Proactively develop communication strategies and plans for different market segments, product and service offerings, customer types, and sales channels to support local marketing communication strategies
- Oversee the content of internal communication channels, collaborating with local and regional management teams to ensure alignment with the organization's vision and business strategy
- Ensuring compliance and consistency with corporate design/branding for all communication measures and adapt existing or produce new communication materials as needed
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns using market, customer and competitor research
What Makes You Great
- You own a degree or equivalent, preferably in Communications or Marketing
- In addition, you have at least 5 years of proven work experience in a dynamic communications environment
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Further, you have the ability to research, write, edit and proof-read engaging internal communications content
- Strong project management skills are mandatory
- You have the ability to independently prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Moreover, you are highly self-motivated and effective at building relationships in order to achieve business outcome
