Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Success to lead our team and ensure exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding results.

SAAS/Financial experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer success professionals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in customer success leadership, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
