We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Success to lead our team and ensure exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding results.
SAAS/Financial experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of customer success professionals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- Proven experience in customer success leadership, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
