Head of Destination Experience

Based in Jeddah, I am looking for a Head of Destination Experience / Destination Experience Director (depending on experience) for a major PIF-backed Destination development.

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience of leading the destination experience. You will design the visitor journey, design the events and seasonalities and oversee the collation and analysis of data to recommend enhancements to the destination's products and services.

This is a senior position reporting to the Chief Destination Management office and I am looking for individuals with destination marketing, destination experience enhancement and a track record of designing the visitor experience from the moment a visitor plans to visit the space.

Please note that I am only able to submit Saudi Nationals for this position. The monthly salary will be dependant on experience.
