eMagine Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a prominent UAE based conglomerate with diverse business lines. Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Digital to lead their digital transformation efforts. This role will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive 3year digital strategy, driving digital innovation, and creating an AI first business model.

Develop and implement a 3year digital strategy that aligns with the conglomerate's business objectives.

Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple business lines, ensuring the successful integration of digital technologies.

Drive the adoption of AI technologies to enhance business processes and customer experiences and create new revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to implement the digital strategy effectively.

Communicate the digital vision and progress to senior stakeholders and secure support for key initiatives.

Extensive experience in a senior digital leadership role, ideally within a large organization or conglomerate.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies and transformation projects.

In depth knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
