We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing Department to lead our marketing team and drive our company's growth through innovative and effective marketing strategies
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Oversee the development and management of the company's brand strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate marketing plans, initiatives, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Responsible of the events or gathering that helps the company environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in Advertising, Outsourcing or Engineering companies is highly preferable.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing/offline marketing techniques and tools.
- Strong Knowledge in all digital marketing functions.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and creativity in marketing.
