WaffarX Digital Marketing Manager
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for all paid media channels including PPC, paid social, and Google Ads.
- Identify channels to test, perform customer segmentation, analyze, develop social media channels and optimize performance
- Identify new channels and opportunities for growth and test their effectiveness
- Work closely with the CEO, Tech and Content team to identify growth opportunities in product development, optimize online content and improve conversion rates
- Conduct driver analysis, data mining, and insight generation to feed proper decision making
- Experiment, communicate, and present ideas to find effective ways to reach potential new customers
- Grow sales and measure performance against ROI and KPI targets
- Develop & implement A/B testing ideas for improving targeting and creative variations performance
Needed Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience
- Proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results across all paid and organic acquisition techniques
- Strong business background (entrepreneurship, management consulting, or similar commercial experience)
- Expertise in B2C marketing including digital marketing and business development for a hyper-growth B2C startup
- Experience in building and leading teams, with a willingness to invest in the development of your team to enable them to deliver their KPIs
- Deep understanding of the MENA region, including connections to relevant partners, and full knowledge of local compliance, cultural and market trends
- Demonstrated capacity to make data-informed decisions
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in performance marketing tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.), SQL is a plus
- Experienced in driving brand awareness
- Previous experience with marketing/media planning in terms of channels, spend, messaging & monitoring execution for digital/performance channels, Knowledge of CRM
- Exposure to 360 Marketing plans is a plus
