Position Overview
Spearheading the customer experience (B2B+B2C), delivering commercially viable and technology focused individual activations (online, mobile, AR/VR, Immersive, physical, phygital) that will evolve into a scalable experience ecosystem/program over time.
The role is horizontal/cross-vertical, requiring the ability for ideating, validating, delivering, and scaling individual experiences from a single activation/campaign, into profitable capability/service offerings that can be repurposed and built upon.
This role is currently a hands on role, with the expected candidate having the capability to run all the ideation and validation themselves, and being embedded in the delivery team to ensure successful delivery. In the longer term, there may be opportunities to extend the team, and delegate some of the activities to others.
Responsibilities: Marketing Experience strategy: Define overarching experience strategy that reflects the ambitions of the marketing vision and strategy, within the technical feasibility limitations Constant monitoring of new developments in the target audience, market, technology, etc. to ensure that all strategies/roadmaps are continuously reflecting best in class. Experience roadmap/strategy - overarching roadmap of experiences, ensuring crossover opportunities, dependencies, scalability, future proofing are all considered. Experience definition - rapid development and validation of individual experiences, ensuring they are focused on achieving marketing KPIs in a way that is technical feasible and financially viable.
Create visual prototypes of experience propositions, as part of the experience strategies presented to client stakeholders.
Commercial Strategy/Proposition Development Evaluate experience concepts/ideas on commercial viability, further develop experiences to become standalone propositions/capabilities for Client Establish, validate, and evolve internal business/financial/operational models for propositions, enabling client to sell/license these internally within client, or externally to the KSA Market Ensure any propositions considered for market are compliant with relevant KSA policies. Experience GTM - Develop strategies on how experiences are delivered to market, developed as services for other client activations, become commercially viable services under new business models (ie licensing IP under Joint Ventures/SPVs with key partners etc.)
Experience Delivery
Lead and delivery of rapid concepting and testing of experiences for validation (either internal or with external test groups). Validation of experience scopes and phasing against marketing KPIs, continuous optimization to ensure maximum impact (ROI, Unit economics, CAC, etc) Experience mapping against other capabilities/workstreams/use cases/etc. to ensure complete user journey/service design and validation, ecosystem development are all future proof where possible, saving delivery costs and ensuring flexibility to react to new requests with minimal investment. Ensure experience delivery is compliant with KSA cybersecurity and data policies (i.e. PII), in partnership with internal functions.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of digital experts, including developers, engineers, experience designers and strategists. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the digital factory team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (performance marketing, campaigns, technology etc.) to align digital strategies with project requirements and timelines. Ensure that the experience roadmap is able to accelerate/pivot/support their changing priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engage with senior leadership to communicate experience strategy, progress, and outcomes. Collaborate with external partners, technology vendors, and industry experts to enhance digital capabilities and stay ahead of technological advancements. Build and manage an ecosystem of trusted vendors that ensures competitive delivery quality and price, whilst ensuring no risk of vendor locking.
Develop collaboration with internal technology stakeholders, to ensure that activations are aligned to any technical strategies.
Knowledge/experience requirements: Master in Business Administration, Business Design, Entrepreneurship or similar field. Previous experiences in managing the entire proposition development process from concept to delivery, scaling, commercializing. Clear understanding and experience in dealing with KSA policy requirements (cybersecurity, data management, localized hosting etc.) Previous experience in delivering and scaling live products in KSA. Previous experience working with vendors, coordinating and hands on involvement to deliver compelling propositions to market. Experience delivering products to market with collaboration/backing of KSA ministries. Preferable experience in KSA Giga Projects.
