Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Finance and Accounts Manager at Bridge Retreats located in Abu Dhabi. The Finance and Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and strategy, financial reporting, budget management, and financial analysis. They will also ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards and provide financial guidance to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar role
• Expert knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus
