An executive recruiter is looking for a
Head of Hospitality.
Role Profile Overview
- Oversight for estates across multiple geographies.
- Leadership and management of GMs with special consideration of staff training/development and staff retention being key.
- Develop relationships with suppliers.
- Cultural awareness. Strong ability to interact and lead people from a wide range of nationalities.
- Ability to check and see underlying issues/problems and raise them for discussion and find solutions.
- Consider and implement new technology for efficiency.
- Strengthen communication between owners rep office and GMs.
- Improve F&B offering and raise operating standards.
- Agree budgets and review/analyse and comment on financial reports. Recommend improvements and new measures.
- Assess annual budgets for each estate, agree with GMs to establishing performance reviews and KPIs.
- Process driven, with an eye for detail on all procedures and great organizational skills to cover all back office departments including finance and legal.
Requirements
- Energy/Enthusiasm/Passion level of the candidate.
- Ability to work without a brand behind them or a large team.
- Coverage and have responsibility across multiple countries.
- Operate in ultra luxury field; levels above most 5 star hotels.
- It is a full-time role where the candidate will be very busy and have travel and considerable pressure/high expectations.
