Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to join our dynamic retail organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations at the local and national level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing HR strategies and programs that support business objectives.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems to manage HR functions efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
