Head of IT
We are seeking an experienced Head of IT for a large family business
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and implement the company's IT strategy to align with overall business objectives, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Provide guidance to top management on IT infrastructure, strategy, and implementation plans in clear, straightforward terms.
- Oversee the seamless integration and management of IT infrastructure across multiple regions, including the UAE, Guinea (West Africa), and India
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise software.
- Proven experience working within the African Market.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Solid understanding of software development processes
- Experience with Oracle systems and solutions
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required
