Head of IT Business Partnering

Join a dynamic team at a premier Global FMCG company, valued at over USD 10 billion, as their EMEA Technology Lead. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead regional operations, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to drive technology strategies aligned with corporate objectives. With a new CIO driving transformation globally, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the technology landscape across EMEA, capitalizing on strong performance and ambitious growth plans.

As the interface between global leaders and business partners, you'll be instrumental in unlocking the business value of assets and capabilities, ensuring strategic alignment of operational processes and projects in the region. Your leadership will extend to preparing the local organization for technological changes and driving operational excellence by leveraging internal and external resources to enhance service outcomes. Moreover, you'll champion the implementation of systems and tools to monitor and improve service quality, fostering collaboration with supporting groups like PMO, architecture, security, and infrastructure.

We are seeking candidates with a BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 12 years of business partnering experience, including at least 5 years in team management. Your exceptional analytical and organizational skills, combined with a customer-focused approach, will be instrumental in driving success in this high-volume and demanding professional environment. If you have a background in the Manufacturing or Food and Beverage industry, that's a plus.
