Spinwell Global are working with a major national organisation with a portfolio of existing properties under management and a raft of projects on the near horizon. With nearly 300,000 Sq. m under development, a need has been identified for a legal expert who can both advise on legal matters as well as be able to offer input on commercial contractual issues. Standing astride of two departments and reporting to senior management, this role is a crucial part of the organisations ability to reach it's long-term goal of being the biggest and the best in the United Arab Emirates.
Applicants will need to hold relevant legal qualifications and be conversant in the Law of the UAE as well as having extensive experience in the property/real estate sector from a legal and commercial view. This role will require someone to work in Abu Dhabi and would suit people local to the UAE.
