We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Legal to lead our client's legal team and provide strategic legal counsel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on the fintech sector.
Arabic speaking is preferred and previous experience within the region is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy.
- Manage and oversee legal operations, including contract review, negotiation, and drafting.
- Handle complex legal disputes and litigation matters.
- Advise on corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory developments in the fintech industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
The Ideal Candidate:
