Head of Manufacturing

Our client: A prominent provider of culinary and pastry ingredients across Saudi Arabia is seeking to appoint a dynamic Head of Manufacturing.

Your role: We are looking for an exceptional Head of Manufacturing with leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing, responsible for optimizing factory performance, driving efficiency, and leading strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing production, improving processes, managing major projects, maintaining machinery, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires a strong leader capable of managing budgets, maintaining a safety culture, and developing high-performing teams to support the company's long-term growth.

Must haves: Minimum of 18+ years experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG, with a solid background in engineering and machinery operations. Must possess proven project management skills, strategic thinking to enhance efficiency and growth, and excellent leadership in guiding cross-functional teams. With a focus on continuous improvement, a track record of operational success.
