Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing and Communications Head to lead an marketing initiatives for a diverse range of investment products, including public funds, equity funds, capital markets products, brokerage, money markets, fixed income, real estate, ETFs, and credit funds.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in marketing within the financial services sector, with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive results in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote investment products to both retail and institutional investors, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of four marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Continuously assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product promotion and market expansion.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation and optimization of marketing materials, ensuring they effectively communicate the value of our investment offerings while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website management, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Agency Collaboration: Partner with external marketing agencies to develop high-quality marketing collateral and campaigns that align with our brand and objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with teams across Wealth Management, Customer Care, and Business Intelligence to ensure cohesive messaging and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Public Relations: Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases and media outreach, to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the market.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing for a financial services firm for Director level; 13+ years for Senior Director.
  • Proven experience in investment banking or private equity is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with investment products and financial markets.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic is essential.
