Job Description
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient and effective business processes. This role involves planning, optimizing operational processes, managing resources, and driving performance improvements to support objectives. The Head of Operations plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company s overall goals and objectives.
Lead and manage the operations team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and accountability.
Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes, making improvements as necessary.
Streamline and optimize business processes to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize data-driven approaches to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Manage resources effectively, including personnel and budgetsto achieve set targets.
Promote a customer-centric approach within the operations team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Masters degree in Business or Psychology related Discipline is a plus.
A minimum of ten year of proven experience in relevant positions with track record of leading teams and setting and implementing processes.
A proven track record of experience working on target achievements.
Ability to lead, inspire, develop, and manage teams.
Excellent interpersonal & verbal and written communication skills
High customer orientation approach
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details
Excellent ability to proactively identify problems and develop effective solutions.
High commercial awareness with result-oriented approach and ability to work on and achieve targets.
