Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the end-to-end process of contract negotiation, drafting, and execution.
• Review and analyze contractual agreements to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Oversee the collections process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and debt recovery.
• Implement and manage a robust CRM system to streamline client interactions and improve customer experience.
