Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and achieve OTOs goals;
- Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists to ensure high performance and productivity;
- Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with OTOs objectives;
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for the operations department;
- Maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure quality service delivery;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform operational strategies;
- Act as a liaison between OTOs senior management and operational teams, providing regular updates and recommendations;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and OTOs policies;
- Provide guidance and support to resolve complex operational issues;
- Serve as a key decision-maker in operational matters, prioritizing resources and initiatives;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operations;
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements;
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of our operations team and track progress towards strategic goals;
- Conduct data analysis related to all AGG DC operations;
- Work in collaboration with the Customer Success Team Members to ensure satisfactory customer satisfaction;
- Track and report on operational performance;
Requirements:
For this role, it is essential that have
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
It will be considered a big plus if you:
- International experience
- Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
