The ideal candidate is responsible for leading performance marketing efforts across META, Google, and paid social channels with a focus on lead generation and FTD (First-Time Deposits) in the forex and fintech industries. Job Responsibilities
- Achieve growth in leads and FTD through paid media campaigns.
- Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI across all platforms.
- Manage and execute autonomous performance marketing strategies.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team to improve skills and ensure they achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team, including content, SEO, social, and design departments, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end campaign management process, from planning and budgeting to execution and performance analysis.
- Negotiate with external media partners and agencies to secure optimal rates and placements.
- Optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and lead generation across different stages of the customer journey.
- Ensure compliance with forex industry regulations and advertising standards in different regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus.)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, with a focus on the forex or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience working in a regulated industry, ensuring compliance with advertising standards and regulations.
