We are seeking a Head of People and Culture who will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our organizational culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall people strategy.
This individual will lead a team responsible for creating and implementing initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture, while also supporting the professional development and well-being of our employees.
In this position, you will:
Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
Lead the talent acquisition and retention efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing and implementing initiatives
that promote belonging and respect for all employees.
Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and
skill development opportunities.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback
mechanisms, and recognition programs.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee well-being, including wellness programs, work-life balance initiatives, and mental health support resources.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Drive organizational change initiatives and support the company's growth and expansion efforts.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in people management and incorporate them into the company's practices and policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 Years of HR leadership experience, focusing on people strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
SHRM certification or equivalent preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
