$100,000 to $110,000 + extras + equity

As an integral member of a fast-paced team, you will play a key role in all areas of people. Their values are a direct result of the phenomenal team they work with, as they scale the team they're looking to institutionalize these values through people operations, culture, and human resources. You'll be instrumental in sharing valuable people-related areas: talent management, coaching, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and more.

What will you be doing

  • Champion a culture in which people feel engaged and inspired to provide top business results.
  • Build operational infrastructure to scale their human resource operations including compensation calculation, seniority tiering methodology, interview structures, etc.
  • Work with departments to build a talent acquisition strategy, partnering closely with the Founders.
  • Come up with new concepts and translate them into user flows and working prototypes ready to be tested with real customers.
  • Work with the CEO to establish frameworks across headcount, attrition, and hiring goals.
  • Work with the CEO to align across larger business objectives including product roadmap, CAC, and fundraising.
  • Create a thoughtful, clear metrics-driven approach that tracks, monitors, and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of all programs.
  • Think creatively and bring an innovation framework to talent acquisition
  • Ask questions, try new things, and constantly learn and improve.
  • Maintain a sky-high bar for all the produced work.

What key skills will you bring to the team

  • Experience leading and empowering medium-scale talent organizations (30-100) with an emphasis on building high-performing teams and inclusive cultures
  • A passion for people development and a track record of coaching and motivating high-performing teams
  • A perspective on and deep belief in the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all facets of the hiring and recruitment process
  • Experience building recruiting infrastructure, including processes and tools
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
