What will be your responsibilities
- Plan and organize all production activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts
- Hire, train, and manage a team of producers, coordinators, editors, sound engineers, and other production staff
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor progress, and provide feedback and guidance when needed
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the availability of resources and equipment
- Ensure that all technical and creative aspects of the production process (camera work, lighting, sound design, special effects, etc.) are executed flawlessly
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
- Regularly report to higher management from a quality control and financial point of view
Requirements
What is required from the role
- At least 15 years of experience in media production, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to delivery
- Experience of working in the MENA/GCC for clients - from product launches to customer activations, you can think it all
- Deep knowledge of video and audio production workflows, tools, and techniques, including camera work, lighting, sound design, and post-production
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues quickly and effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred
- Availability to travel for leadership meetings and shoots as needed, mainly to KSA or the GCC region
