Head of R&D and Quality Control

Develops and analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.

Responsible for monitoring and recording critical control points (CCP).

Responsible for monitoring the product specifications and quality throughout the production process.

Conducting GMP inspection and implementation.

Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.

Ensures employees are following safety practices including personal behavior in addition to the machines, utilities and infrastructure proper sanitation.

Conduct in house or in an external lab all tests needed for the received raw material and WIP and finished products.

Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with company procedures in cooperation with other managers to maximize reliability and minimize costs.

Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to quality and GMP.

Conduct the R&D of new products until its completion to fit with local and export requirements.

May investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.

Support the Implementation and Management of the Integrated Management System (ISO) leading to Certification.

Perform additional assignments as per Group Operations Manager's request.
