We're currently recruiting a Head of Recruitment.
Mission:
Reporting to the HR Admin Manager, you will lead and oversee the recruitment strategies and processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Your role involves developing recruitment policies, managing recruitment teams, and ensuring alignment with the organization's staffing needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and policies.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring and employment.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with HR Admin Manager on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Formal training in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar recruitment leadership role.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
