The Head of Sales leads the entire sales operations department, overseeing all its activities and is responsible for driving sales efforts to enhance the business's position with customers and to solidify the position of the business in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the dealership's overall business objectives and growth aspirations. This involves crafting long-term and short-term plans that not only meet but anticipate market demands, positioning the dealership as a leader in the automotive market.
- Develop strategies that integrate market analysis, competitive positioning, customer segmentation, and a thorough understanding of the Gargash Motors brand value.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of forward-thinking sales policies and processes that foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Establish innovative policies that streamline sales operations, enhance customer interactions, and maximize efficiency, and include guidelines for customer engagement, sales protocols, and performance management systems that ensure the team consistently meets high standards
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of sales information platforms, ensuring they support effective decision-making and strategic planning.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and other digital tools to capture, analyze, and utilize sales data effectively that ensure the sales team has access to real-time information, improving customer relationship management and strategic foresight.
- Drive the effectiveness of the sales operations department by setting high standards for monitoring and evaluating sales activities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular review processes to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and individual performances.
- Foster a results-oriented culture where data-driven decisions are prioritized.

Qualifications
Work Experience
- Min. of 10+ year's professional experience in a similar role including 7 years as the head of the function or in a similar position
- Experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Proven understanding of the Vehicle products and services.
- Profit and Loss experience and strong financial acumen.
- Experience in maintaining the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Education Qualification
- Minimum master's degree in related field
- Preferably Master's degree in Business Administration or similar degree
