A dynamic opportunity has opened for a Head of Sales to lead a dedicated team in driving sales objectives across the GCC region. This pivotal role demands strategic guidance to manage crucial accounts and channels, focusing on revenue enhancement and expanding their market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute impactful sales strategies tailored for the GCC, driving significant revenue growth.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with partners in the GCC to encourage long-term collaboration.
- Strengthen the capabilities of Original Resellers (OR) and Traders to boost overall sales performance.
- Optimize operational efficiency in both sell-out and sell-through operations.
- Manage sales initiatives effectively with key distributors, ORs, independent resellers (IRs), and trade partners.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and market share targets.
- Provide insightful market analysis and customer feedback to senior management.
- Foster enduring relationships with key accounts at various organizational levels.
- Identify and tackle sales obstacles, facilitating solutions for ongoing growth.
- Ensure inventory aligns with sales targets to satisfy customer demands.
- Keep clients informed about new product offerings and pricing updates.
- Implement unified pricing strategies across online channels.
- Collaborate with local teams to launch new products and drive regional marketing initiatives.
- Oversee stock allocation planning to enhance availability and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals in the GCC market.
- Comprehensive understanding of the GCC retail and distribution landscape and industry trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region.
