Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our client's sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in HR-related services such as labor leasing, medical insurance, and HR systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to drive our sales efforts and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clientsâ needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in HR-related services (e.g., medical insurance, HR systems).
- In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Education
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on HR-related services.
