Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies to position Company as a leading skincare brand in the market. This includes defining brand objectives, target audience, and competitive positioning.
  • Product Development and Launch: Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize and launch new skincare products under the Company brand. Ensure alignment with brand strategy and market trends.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Company products across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use insights to inform brand strategy and product innovation.
  • Brand Communication: Develop compelling messaging and creative assets to communicate the unique value proposition of Company products. Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product development, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment on brand objectives, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Manage the brand's marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI , we will give her a full support.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the development and execution of organic social media content for COMPANY across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Google and TikTok. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Product Descriptions and Mockups (Social media & Website Content): Generate engaging product descriptions and create visually appealing mockups for new COMPANY skincare products on social media and website including (FAQs, About Us , Privacy policy & terms of services & Blogs). Work closely with the product development and design teams to accurately represent product features and benefits.
  • Moderation Team Management: Lead and manage a team responsible for moderating user-generated content, comments,media buyer, wep developer and inquiries on COMPANY,S social media channels and website. Ensure timely responses and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Blogger Outreach and Ambassador Program: Identify and establish partnerships with influential bloggers, skincare enthusiasts, and beauty influencers to promote COMPANY products. Negotiate one-time paid collaborations or commission-based arrangements to create an ambassadors program aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving product sales.
