We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Special Projects with experience in the kitchen or fit-out industry to join our client. The ideal candidate will possess strong market connections in the UAE and demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the kitchen and fit-out sector.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the UAE market.
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the fit-out, kitchen or furniture industry.
• Well-connected in the UAE market with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of successful relationship building.
• Masters degree preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience managing a team.
