Job Purpose
:Responsible for managing the development of ADG's Group strategy and business plans as well as ensuring successful implementation thereof, in addition to monitoring the overall Group
.
Key Roles & Responsibilitie
- s:Strategy Formulation- Develop the objectives & KPIs for the Department, monitor the operating results, and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to achieve targeted objectives, reduce risk and make accurate decision
- s.Budget & Cost Control-Develop the Department's annual budget and ensure maintaining costs and expenditures within the set budge
- t.Policies & Process-Develop Policies & Processes for the Department in line with ADG's standards and other applicable laws and regulation
- s.Continuous Improvement-Provide input and recommend continuous improvement as per leading practices taking into account international best practice changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plan
- s.People Management-Identify the manpower requirements for the Department and ensure hiring a highly professional and knowledgeable workforc
- e.Conduct annual performance appraisal for subordinates and recommend salary increments and promotions accordingl
- y.Identify the training needs of employees and ensure training & development initiatives are successfully delivered and provide feedback to the Direct Manage
- r.Delegate responsibilities and assign tasks to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks and work-related activitie
- s.Manage subordinates attendance and leaves to ensure complying with ADG's attendance policy, as well as the availability of proper replacement during subordinates leave
- s.Corporate Performance Management-Manage the development of ADG's Corporate Performance Management outlining the required systems towards achieving the ADG's strategic objective
- s.Manage ADG's Group performance through tracking and monitoring progress in achieving strategic objectives & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against set targets and raising flags in case deviation
- s.Work closely with each Division to ensure ADG's strategy, mission and vision are translated into departmental business plan

- n.Ensure that decisions made by different functions support the value stream of ADG's Group and end-to-end processe
- s.Create the necessary awareness for employees with respect to corporate performance management processes, methods, and system
- s.Keep abreast of the trends and development in the global business to assess their impact on the group and make recommendations accordingl
