Tradeling is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead, innovate, and expand our logistics and operations capabilities. In this role, you will oversee a team of talented professionals, with a focus on enhancing customer support, optimizing logistics services, and strengthening supply chain processes. As a key leader within our Operations and Supply Chain team, you will drive initiatives to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients, generate additional revenue streams, and build operational excellence.

Your Role
To drive impactful change and lead a dynamic team at Tradeling, your responsibilities revolve around:
- Overseeing and optimizing supply chain functions, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inbound planning, and network design
- Implementing best-in-class forecasting and review mechanisms to enhance accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Developing scalable processes and solutions to streamline supply chain efficiency and minimize end-to-end losses
- Leading the expansion of Tradeling Logistics Services (fulfillment and logistics) by identifying new business opportunities, and driving quarterly revenue targets
- Managing the Customer Support team, enhancing escalation mechanisms, and implementing automation and AI solutions to improve customer experience
- Driving cost optimization across operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Supporting the long-term strategic planning for operations to align with company goals and commercial objectives
Who We Look For
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications and skills:
- 10+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Customer Support Management
- Minimum of 5 years in strategic supply chain planning within e-commerce, network building, or fulfillment services/3PL companies
- Proven ability to generate revenue through selling logistics and fulfillment services or other e-commerce platform services
- Strong communication skills, customer-focused, with a track record in cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills, with a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach
- Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and basic programming skills; experience with automation tools is a plus
