Encipher AI has partnered with a digital asset exchange and custodian based in Abu Dhabi. This company provides a trading platform designed for institutional and retail investors to buy, sell, and store virtual assets.

Role

In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of enterprise infrastructure, overseeing data centers, networks, devices, helpdesk, security, and IT governance. You will have the opportunity to lead the development of technical roadmaps, integrating new technologies to boost efficiency and align solutions with business goals. As well you will promote emerging technologies, monitor industry trends, and manage vendor relationships and outsourced teams.

Technical Skills

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in technology leadership.
• Skilled in building service-oriented organizations and promoting service delivery models.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Expertise in contract negotiations, vendor management, and designing SLAs.
• High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
• Initiative-driven, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Strong business communication skills to inspire teams and align technology with business needs.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and enhance operational efficiency.
• Client-focused, collaborative, and adept at resolving complex challenges.
