Job Title: Head Roaster- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years with Cropster software and in roasting specialty coffee beans (GCC Experience preferred)
- Working days & hours: 6 days a week with 1 Day Off, 8 hours + 1 hour break
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Cropster software and expertise in roasting specialty coffee beans. This role involves managing the roasting process, ensuring high-quality standards, and optimizing production efficiency.GCC experienced candidates are welcome.Key Responsibilities:
Roasting Operations: Operate and maintain roasting machines, ensuring precise roasting profiles and consistency in product quality.
Cropster Software: Utilize Cropster software for tracking roasting profiles, managing inventory, and analyzing data to improve roast quality.
Quality Control: Monitor and assess the quality of roasted beans, adjusting parameters as needed to meet quality standards.
Recipe Development: Develop and refine roasting profiles and recipes for various coffee beans to enhance flavor and meet customer specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on roasting equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of roasting processes, inventory levels, and any deviations from standard procedures.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in roasting specialty coffee beans and working with Cropster software.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operating roasting machines and understanding roasting profiles and techniques.
Attention to Detail:* Strong attention to detail with a passion for achieving consistent high-quality results.
