Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Developing Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of the comprehensive digital strategy for all brands to ensure growth and increased customer engagement.

Managing the Digital Marketing Team: Oversee a team specialized in digital marketing, including managing digital campaigns across various channels (social media, email, paid search, and advertising).

Digital Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital performance using various analytics tools to identify opportunities and improvements, ensuring the achievement of marketing goals.

Managing Digital Budgets: Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).

Improving User Experience: Work on enhancing the user experience across digital channels to boost customer engagement and improve conversion rates.

Implementing SEO Strategies: Lead SEO and SEM strategies to ensure the brands rank high on search engines and increase organic traffic.

Collaboration with Different Departments: Coordinate with other teams, such as sales, product development, and brand management, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Innovating Creative Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative creative campaigns that enhance brand presence on digital platforms.

Staying Updated on Digital Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and technology to ensure the adoption of best practices and innovations in the market.

Qualifications

- Experience of no less than 10 years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

- Extensive knowledge of the latest digital tools and technologies (Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, email marketing tools, etc.).

- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels.

- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.

-Fluency in both Arabic and English.
