Agram Hr is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Waiter to join our client's team in Dubai. As the Head Waiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the waitstaff team to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and timely service.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen and staff to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety.
Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures.- Foster a positive working environment and lead by example with a hands-on approach.
Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Head Waiter or similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
