JOB DESCRIPTION: - HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER (PART-TIME, PROJECT BASIS)*

Our versatile services cater to diverse sectors such as Industrial, Construction, Marine, Aerospace, and Mapping.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health & Safety Officer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team involved in 3D scanning, Building Information Modelling (BIM) services, and architectural drawings. This role is perfect for a proactive professional looking to apply their expertise in health and safety within the construction and architectural fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage safety policies and procedures for projects involving 3D scanning, BIM services, and architectural drawings.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Provide safety guidance and support to project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure all safety standards are met during project execution.
Prepare detailed reports on health and safety performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment.
Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for staff and contractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, or near-misses, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements:
Must be on own visa.
NEBOSH Certified (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Health & Safety Officer in the construction industry.
Proven experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance within construction, BIM, and 3D scanning environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
Payment will be on a project-by-project basis or a percentage basis, will be discussed and as agreed upon.
This is a part-time position, and payment terms, as well as working hours, will be discussed during the interview process.
