Responsibilities
- You will establish, manage and maintain global best practices, process and team structure to drive industry leading standards in terms of Health and safety both in the Operational and in the construction phases.
- You will be responsible for the effective and direct management of functional staff to maintain alignment throughout the business in all locations.
Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in Health & Safety management and must have working experience in the Data Centre industry
- Experience with implementation and management of HSE framework and management policies and procedures.
- Hold a recognized Healthy and Safety qualification (diploma level or equivalent)
- Experience in SOC2, ISO27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
- Hold a NEBOSH diploma in Occupational Health and Safety qualification to level 3
- IMEA (Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment)
