Herbal Park Ayurvedic Health Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Health & Wellness Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all insurance-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims, providing exceptional customer service to our patients, and counseling patients to facilitate their understanding and utilization of our services.
- Patient Education and Counseling:
Communicate with patients regarding their insurance coverage.- Assist patients with understanding their insurance benefits and claims process.
Counsel patients on the health benefits of Ayurvedic treatments and services offered at our center.
- Provide detailed information on treatment plans, costs, and insurance coverage.
Answer patient enquiries over the phone.
Engage with potential and existing patients to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our services.- Develop and maintain relationships with patients to ensure high satisfaction and continued service use.
Track and analyze patient engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Insurance Claims Management:
Prepare, review, and submit insurance claims to ensure proper and timely reimbursement.
- Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims and resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinate with insurance companies and other stakeholders to verify patient coverage and benefits.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records and files.- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and guidelines.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
Work closely with the billing department and healthcare providers to ensure accurate billing and coding.
- Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Master's (Desired) /Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance coordinator or similar role within the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations in the UAE.
- Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Experience in patient counseling and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
