Job Title: Healthcare Master Planner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Master Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare facility planning and design, with a proven track record of developing comprehensive master plans that align with the strategic goals of healthcare organizations. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to create functional, efficient, and future-ready healthcare environments.
Develop and implement comprehensive master plans for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and specialized care centers.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and space utilization analysis to inform planning decisions.- Create design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Analyze current and future healthcare trends to anticipate and address the needs of patients, staff, and the community.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, plans, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and innovations in healthcare design and planning.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare / Medical Administration, or a related field.- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare master planning or a similar role.
Strong understanding of healthcare facility design, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in healthcare planning or architecture (e.g., AIA, ACHA) is a plus.
