Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst at Ntigra. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis, gathering business requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our AI-based RCM Automation solutions.

• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Experience in process modeling and optimization
• Experience in Healthcare industry
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) is a MUST
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Project management skills and the ability to lead successful implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
