Healthcare Project Management Specialist responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. The role will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation, setting up meetings & taking minutes of the meeting, preparing presentations & reports and handling project related queries.

- Primary Responsibilities:
Support the development and maintenance of the RCMs project management systems and processes, working with the business support team.- Manage a portfolio of RCM projects, supporting the project lead in all aspects of project management.
Support the smooth delivery of project objectives and production, and maintenance of project management documentation.
- Lead RCM project meetings.
Support project leads with executive reporting requirements by preparing drafts for completion and review.- Identify risks and issues within the project and work with the project team to resolve or escalate as appropriate. Taking ownership of user issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Ensure internal and external communications plans are in place, maintained and acted on.
- Coordinating with the development team for issue rectification and new functionalities.
Work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders and decision makers to ensure successful delivery of the project objectives.- Work collaboratively with the project head and team to maximize productivity.
Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
Bachelors degree in IT or related field
- 2+ years of experience in core project management.
4+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Applications- Work in highly complex Healthcare IT product environments requiring a multi-product solution as well as product integration and custom solutions.
Responsible in the use of Healthcare IT Application products in line with current best practices.
- Significant hands-on experience with MS Project, Visio, JIRA.
Experience managing healthcare projects, including budget, schedule, and scope.- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) projects is preferred.
Work collaboratively with the project team and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in a healthcare environment.
Support for end-to-end users for the entire IT Healthcare Applications.- Design and creating technical documents and presentations for every implementation.
Taking ownership of user issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
